Access platforms and pipe racks are what the rest of the scope hangs on. They get built to the same tolerance as everything they support.

Tesecon fabricates and erects structural steel: pipe racks, equipment support structures, access platforms, stairs, ladders and handrail. Shop drawings are prepared by a detailing partner, steel is fabricated in our Mobile shop, and erection is self-performed by our own crews with rigging in-house and crane service from qualified partners.

Projects run from 2.5 tons to 500 tons, with a typical job in the 50 to 100 ton range. Because the same contractor pours the foundations and sets the steel, base plate patterns and anchor bolt locations are verified against the fabricated members before a crane is ever scheduled.
